What Are The Best Golf Exercises

The best golf exercises are not complicated, hard, and you don't need to be a member of a gym! You won't have to empty your wallet either! Golf exercises at your home are convenient, and use very simple and inexpensive equipment.

What Are The Best Exercises?

What constitutes being the best exercises for golf anyways? Who says they are the best and why? Like everything in life...personal opinion goes a long way right? Well...having studied golf swing mechanics and being in fitness professionally for over 24 years, I can give you a few good reasons why certain exercises would be the best for golf.

Specific To Golf Swing

One telltale is the closeness between the exercise and the actual golf swing. Does the exercise isolate maybe a certain phase of the golf swing? Does it enhance a series of muscles to produce more power and distance? The more specific to your golf swing, the quicker you will see results on the course.

Exercises involving your core are some of the best exercises you can do for your golf swing. The core (or your abdominals) generates all the torque from your backswing. If you develop both strong and flexible core muscles, you will hit the ball a long way!

Golf DVD Exercises

One simple solution for doing the best exercises for golf is a golf exercise dvd.

With a dvd that you know is good, you can plug it in and do very simple and yet very effective exercises right in your home. Get them done in 10 minutes and still have time to go to the range and hack some balls.

If you're looking for a simple and effective way to improve your golf swing, driving distance and overall performance, take a look at my best-selling golf training dvds, books and products in my Golf Trainer store.
