Is there such a thing as core exercise for golf. When you consider the golf swing is up to 100 mph, you need to have a higher level of strength in your abs to stay in control, and make solid contact. Exercise does not have to be grueling to be effective. Golfers picture doing hard exercises in a gym, with heavy weights. Oh...how wrong they are!
