First off...do NOT think that exercise specific to golf is hard! It's not! I want to dispel this myth right now...so you'll be motivated to continue reading. Exercise is a word that depicts work, effort, sweating and hard. Not when it comes to golf exercise. In fact, you can do golf exercises at home! Look at me doing a simple exercise in my office. How's that for conveniency?

I truly want you to understand this could be your missing link to a fantastic game of golf! Simple exercises and stretches can give you back years on that body that has declined. It is NEVER too late to get started. Research has been done on golfers over the age of 50 and how a simple exercise program done a couple of times a week increased their driving distance 15% and their accuracy significantly better.

Drop The Training Aids

Aren't you tired of all the gimmicky training aids you've bought and tried in hopes for a better swing? Most of us have a garage littered with training aids we bought... used twice...and then stored in the garage for later use (yeah right!).

Simple Equipment - No Gym In This Program

The types of programs I'm talking about are "in home" programs with very little equipment, and yet the results are amazing! I have used a $20 piece of exercise tubing with handles in a hotel room and got a better workout than being in the gym with the fancy, expensive euipment they have!

All you need for any of my programs is exercise tubing (w/handles), a pair of dumbbells (handweights), and an exercise ball. That's it! Your "in home" exercise gym for under $50!

I can't tell you how many golfers (thousands) have emailed me telling me their amazing improvements in power, distance and accuracy from using exercise for golf to strengthen their swing.
