Important Information You Must Know About A Golf Exercise Program

A golf exercise progam is easy with the right information. You can even do it right in your home! Do you want to find out more?

Are you wondering how a golf exercise program can help your game? Aren't you supposed to pound balls and take lessons to get better? Knock yourself out! Don't mean to be a smart alec...but that's not the solution to a better golf swing.

Focus On Your Golf Swing Limitations

Every golfer has limitations. Most commonly is rotational. They can't make a full backswing without creating way too much tension, which in turn slows down clubhead speed. Another limitation is in hamstring flexibility. Tight hamstrings make it impossible to hold spine angle throughout your swing. Tight hamstrings also means undo stress on the lower back during the round.

For every swing fault there is a physical limitation causing it! You heard it here first! It's your body keeping you from a better swing. But the fix is quick and effective. Isolate your limitation...work on it...and your swing instantly gets better.

For it to be considered a legitimate exercise program for golf, it should have the following:

A)Stretching Exercises Specific To Your Golf Swing
A golf program without stretching is not a program you want to be involved with. These stretches are very simple and easy to implement. You can do just a couple a day and really see the improvement in your swing. Don't think you have to spend 30-60 minutes stretching to see results. You don't! The benefits are many, including the elimination of back pain, improved backswing range of motion for more power, and a more tension-free golf swing. Many of these quick stretches you can do right in your living room or even your office.

B) Strength Training To Improve Golf Swing Muscle Activation
Don't be scared away hearing that term. It's not what you think! Strength training for golf won't hardly even break a sweat on you! And it won't take an hour to do either! Just doing 10-15 minutes of isolated golf strength exercises can make a huge difference in your performance! No fancy equipment either! Dumbbells, exercise tubing and an exercise ball is all you need! This type of exercise program is way different than you've done before; and is much shorter in time allowing you to get on with your day.

C) This program as mentioned above should focus on YOUR weaknesses and swing faults!
The main reason for doing an exercise program for golf is to diagnose and eliminate your weaknesses, to improve your golf swing mechanics, consistency, and overall performance. With the right assessment, you'll be able to isolate those specific areas that need work. A targeted program like this will ensure your success!

A golf exercise program that isolates your swing faults and limitations will help you more than you know.
