Increase Distance In Your Golf Swing With Simple Exercises

Simple exercises in these videos. Click here to find out more!

How is the distance you are hitting your clubs in your golf swing? Are you happy with where you are at? Or...like the majority of amateur golfers, you want to add another 20 yards to your tee shot? As you've found out, getting more distance out of your current golf swing may seem like an impossible task, but there is hope!

Make A Change In Your Approach

Remember the phrase, "if you keep doing what you're doing, you'll keep getting what you get"? So true this is. In every facet of life even! If you have tried lessons; bought a new driver; and hit balls several times a week, and STILL don't see more distance, there is onle ONE thing left! Want to take a guess? Times up! You're looking at him in the mirror every morning!

If you start approaching your distance improvement from a physical standpoint and not an equipment or technical one, you'll achieve all your goals. When you truly realize your body dictates your results, you will have a new outlook on your golf game and performance. It amazes me golfers think they can buy some equipment, take a lesson or two and quickly improve their game.

Golf is a sport! In all sports you 'prepare your body to perform'. Why do you think most of the touring pros have a private trainer working with them throughout every tournament, let alone the off-season? They know they have to do it to compete. As amateurs, we should be no different, just on a different level than the pros. If we want to get better, we need to improve our golf-specific strength and flexibility.

Simple Golf Exercises

Now comes the easy part! You don't have to belong to a fitness club, nor do you have to spend more than 30 minutes max, to improve your golf game. So many trainers and golfers think they need to kill themselves in the gym to see improvement in their game. This is NOT so! You can do very simple, non-exhausting exercises right in your home in less than 30 minutes. Heck...you can do just a few a day and see improvement! I am a firm believer in consistency over volume.

You only need a pair of dumbbells, an exercise ball, and some rubber tubing with handles. You can get this very inexpensive equipment at your local Target for that matter. Just go get it and get started without further delay or contemplation. Don't put it off. Your game will be so much better. Hitting your drives up to 30 yards further. Feeling no more back pain. Dropping 6-8 strokes from your score. This is all very realistic with the right approach.
