Golf Training > Golf Fitness > Core Flexibility TrainingStretch Your Core With Flexibility Training That Works
Stretch that core! Did you hear me? The middle part of your body (the belly for most golfers) is your core and it doesn't matter if you have a six pack or a "one pack", you can stretch it for more power and distance. How easy is this stretch? The "wantabee" executive is me doing a simple, yet very effective core stretch. If you can't take 10 seconds out of your day for this easy stretch, I throw my hands up, and wave the white flag! Tension-Free Golf SwingFlexibility training like this will improve your ability to make a tension-free, full backsing, creating maximum golf swing power and increased driving distance. A flexible core area will not only infuse your swing with power, but eliminate back pain. Being able to make a swing without muscle tension will improve your swing speed rapidly! Focus On Rotation FlexibilityCore flexibility training incorporates “rotation”. Golf stretching in this manner warrants the best results in the shortest amount of time! The more efficient you become with using your core, arms, shoulders and hands in a sequenced motion, the added distance will come quite easy. You’ll be shocked at how quickly your driving distance goes up. Try to do as many stretches with rotation as you can to maximize your time and results. This is critcal you remember this because the golf swing is a rotate (turn) back and a rotate (turn) forward. The more range of motion you can achieve in your core area the more power you will produce. Core Power For More DistanceTo have more power in your golf swing doesn't mean swinging out of your shoes! Like most sports including baseball, tennis, racquetball and even the discus in track, you use your core for most of your power. You rotate with your core to create torque, then you unleash that stored up energy into the hit, whether it be a baseball, tennis ball or golf ball. Improving your core flexibility specific to your golf swing is the ticket and that is why I produced my Golf Flexibility DVD to improve your golf specific flexibility right in your home with minimal equipment. Total Golf Stretching Downloadable ProgramThere is no denying the extreme importance of flexibility program for golf, and I can assure you my just-released Total Golf Stretching Ebook will quickly and effectively get you smashing the ball down the fairway, and not feeling that back ache afterwards!
