We all know that the biggest complaint among senior golfers is flexibility. Range of motion in their backswing and follow through. With this being the biggest complaint...why don't more senior golfers stretch? Because they think it will hurt and take a long time to do. Well it doesn't. Simple stretches are incorporated into your Novice Golf Fitness DVD, making this an "all-in-one" performance program (DVD)!

As we age, wouldn't it be nice to maintain a quality of life (and golf game) that we can enjoy for many years? I mean well into our 80's! It's completely possible with the right approach.
