Golf Training > Golf Fitness > Golf Fitness Book"Golf Fitness Book? Yeah right!"What a joke. A Golf fitness book. There's absolutely no way anyone...hell let alone myself would want to spend any of my day or night sitting and reading about fitness. How stupid is that? I'm just like you.. I have very little time to enjoy the things in life I want to enjoy..like golf. So I wanted to make sure my golf fitness book was simple to follow, easy to use and something you could refer to at your leisure. Simple Fitness - Easy GolfI know what you're thinking "fitness for golf...come on!" Fitness and exercise is not the most popular activity on the planet, but with a little creativity and planning, you can be in and out in no time! Golf gets easy when you can finally move your body through a near perfect golf swing. We are not talking about bodybuilding or heavy lifting. I'm talking about some simple and effective exercises to strengthen your golf swing for max power. That's the kind of info I have in my golf fitness book.
Book For Better GolfIsn't it all about playing better? Isn't that you take lessons from a pro; buy $40 golf balls; and spend $200 to play a round of golf in Arizona during the winter time? I can't believe all the golf books on the market. How many different ways can you swing a golf club? Isn't it turn back and turn through? Doesn't sound all too difficult, but we love to make it difficult don't we? Gives us a reason to go out and buy another titanium driver. Enjoy Your Golf With FitnessI know it's hard to believe, but fitness and golf are close cousins. I know you don't want to hear that, but take a deep breath and get into you meditation state! Fitness isn't work...and it sure doesn't have to be hard or grueling. A golf fitness program can be just 10 minutes a day. Just do something! I am going to dispel the myth that anything that's related to fitness has to be hard or a grind. No way! We'll throw the drill sargent out the window and have some fun. Mike Pedersen |
