When I talk about being a lean golfer, I'm not only talking to the 20 year old golfer, but golfers of any age! It's not an age thing like most everyone says, it's a "lifestyle" issue. As we get older our priorities change and we don't take care of ourselves like we should. The end result is declining physical abilities and poor golf performance.
Making some small changes in your food choices, exercise program and stress levels can help any golfer get leaner and live a healthier life! I SO want you to believe that! It's not about going on "another diet". It's about getting a better understanding of what you can do that's realistic and effective. That's why I came out with my just release Golfers Guide To Weight Loss ebook.
You'll be shocked at how easy it is! It's simple! Don't waste anymore of your valuable time looking for the silver bullet or the next big diet fad! Just implement some simple, "common sense" strategies and tips to your current lifestyle and off you go!
Do NOT ever accept your age! What I mean is the accepted decline most people experience as they get older. They say things like, "it's a bitch getting old", "I just can't do what I used to "I'm getting older, I need to accept it and not fight it". These statements are only supporting you giving up on life! It doesn't have to be that way! I've played with golfers in their 70's that could run circles around most in their 40's. They attribute it to their lifestyle choices, NOT genetics or age.
When I see golfers like this I'm enthused and encouraged there's hope for many more golfers out there. To get in shape for golf is a strong reality. With a little guidance, I strongly feel the health and well-being of the average golfer can greatly be improved! So there's hope you to change it around. But...don't hesitate. Don't procrastinate! Start today! Do something little like a 5 minute walk right now. You'll be amazed and how easy it is and how you'll soon be doing more and more, but it won't seem like a big change or commitment.
Getting lean, losing weight and seeing fat loss does not take deprivation or starvation. In fact, this is the WRONG way to go about it! If you can make some small changes in your current eating habits, you'll start to see your weight drop right away! Once you see this happening, it's more motivating to take it to the next level and create a healthy lifestyle you can maintain forever! Weight loss for golfers is achievable.
