Strength For Golf

I'll bet when you think of improving your strength for golf you have images like this one (to your right). Am I right?

If so, I don't blame you, but forget that and realize it's easy to improve your strength specific to your golf swing, and you don't have to lift weights like "joe bodybuilder".

But why would you even need to improve your strength? Isn't golf a leisure sport? You're right...but golf requires your body to be in a higher level of both strength and flexibility to repeat a sound and mechanically swing.

Strong Muscles For Power

If you're looking for longer drives, it's not swing harder! It's improving your golf specific strength in the muscles of your core. These muscles generate maximum torque and golf swing speed, resulting in longer drives.

These muscles can get stronger without lifting weights that are heavy and straining. In fact, you can do most of your strength training exercises for golf without weights...using exercise tubing, balls and even weighted clubs.

15 Minutes Max

You don't have to be a "gym rat" to play better golf. You don't have to lift heavy weights to hit longer drives. You don't have to spend 2 hours a day exercising to improve your performance. 15 minutes a day of targeted and simple exercises is all you need! If you are doing the right ones for your needs, you don't need to do many of them.

Golf specific weight training does not need to intimidate you. Its bite is bigger than its bark. With the right approach your weigth training program can be easy, simple and very effective. Don't ever think of bodybuilding or heavy weights to improve your golf!

Better Golf

By working your golf specific muscles, you will not only improve your swing mechanics quickly, but you will be swinging the club like you haven't done in years! The effort level will plummet, but the outgo will go up tenfold. Your playing partners will be in awe.

You may think I'm hyping this up, but all the above is true! You will quickly realize this has been the missing link to your golf game improvement all along. And don't ever think it's too late to start a program of strength for golf.
