Flexibility. Every golfer knows they should do, but they don't! Why? Is it too hard? Takes up too much time? To play your best golf, flexibility is crucial. A flexible muscles is an explosive muscle. Picture this! You're trying to hit a baseball as far as you can. You grip that bat as tight as you can and swing. Do you think that ball will go very far? No way! All that tension and restriction slowed your bat swing speed down by probably 70%. No way are you going to hit a baseball (or golf ball) very far swinging like that.

But now picture this. You've been doing your core flexibility training program (for 7 minutes a couple days a week remember) and now have the confidence that you can hit it far without trying. You take a normal swing, but now the ball explodes off your clubface!

Don't Forget Strength

I don't want to rain on your parade, but along with a loose muscles comes a need for a stronger muscle to keep the newfound flexibility. Again...I'm not talking about going into a gym and battling the muscle-heads. In fact, I'm talking about a simple routine in your home with minimal equipment. How about exercise tubing, hand weights and a big exercise ball?
