7 Minutes Golf Stretching DVD

Using a golf stretching video or dvd can be an effective way to not only imrove your golf swing, range of motion and release of tension; but elminate back pain forever! Stretching your muscles specific to golf will get your body moving in a way that you havent' felt in possibly years.

One of the biggest issues I see with older golfers is their lack of physical ability to make a full backswing with minimal tension. This is a flexibility issue, not a mechanical issue. You can hit balls till your blue in the face, but it won't make a difference at all, until you address the reason why you can't make a full backswing.

Stretch Specific To Your Swing

The golf swing is an unnatural movement that requires a high levle of flexibility that most golfers don't have. This type of flexibility is unique in that it is specific to the positions of your golf swing.

Just look at the top of the backswing position. How natural is it to turn your upper body as far as you can, while minimizing the amount your hips can turn? This is completely unnatural, but a neccessity for power and distance. A golf stretch specific to that position will make a huge difference.

Dynamic Stretching for Golf

There are two forms of stretching: static (hold) and dynamic (movement). They both are effective, but dynamic stretches tend to be more effective for the golfer. Holding a stretch is not a bad thing, but holding longer than 30 seconds is too much, and will put you at risk of injury.

7 Minutes A Day

One hurdle I have found with golfers is time. They don't have a lot of time to put into a stretching or fitness routine for golf. Without sounding like I am pluggin my own golf stretching dvd, that is why I came up with 7 minutes stretching routines, to get you in and out and see improvement on the course.

These 7 minutes segments target your golf muscles and can improve your golf swing within days of starting. It's amazing to me to see golfers improve so quickly, but that truly is all it takes to make a dramatic improvement in your golf swing and game!
