Doing an exercise just for the sake of doing it will NOT benefit your game. In fact...it may do more harm than good! Choosing the right exercises specific to your golf swing takes a knowledge of both golf swing technique and exercise training for golfers...but once you do, you can improve your golf swing quickly.

When you look at golf swing technique you see several common movements. One of them is rotational. Being able to move your body through a specific range of motion from a rotational standpoint. This takes a high level of core strength AND flexibility. If you do not have this, your golf swing will be inefficient and impossible to repeat.

Simple, Easy And In Your Home

As I mentioned early on...the exercises I am referring to are not hard and can be done in your home with minimal equipment. Equipment like exercise tubing (w/handles), exercise balls, and hand weights (dumbbells) is all you'll ever need.

Your investment in money is $50; and your investment in time is a whopping 10-15 minutes daily...tops! That's it! Isn't your game worth that? If not, you might want to think about ping pong or something else less demanding.

Golf Swing Requirements

The other reason why exercise training for your golf swing is so important is in the fact that a golf swing by its’ very nature is a very unnatural and awkward movement of the body and muscles. It therefore stands to reason that the body will usually resist the golf swing action and this is why it appears to be so difficult to master.

However when you do golf swing specific exercises to strengthen and condition the relevant muscles, your golf swing gets easy...golf gets fun...and increasing your golf swing speed will allow you to crush your drives way past your buddies!
