Want More Power In Your Golf Driver Swing?

Improve your backswing with simple exercises and stretches!

See the picture to the right? Making a 90 degree shoulder turn with no more than 45 degrees of hip turn is your goal. If you can get it...you've got the power you are looking for in your golf swing with your driver!

You've Got To Stretch!

You know you need to do it...but why don't you? Stretching for a bigger backswing that is! Golf is all about flexibility with strength. You can't get this by hitting more balls or taking more lessons. Never! You ONLY get it by doing simple exercises and stretches for about 15 minutes a day.

I see short swings all the time on the course when I play. Everytime I do, I think to myself..."it doesn't have to be that way...if he only knew." Many golf backswing problems are because of poor flexibility in your golf swing muscles. With aging comes a rapid loss of flexibility. The ONLY way to stop this and prevent it from getting worse is simple stretches you can do in 7 minutes a day!

Improve Golf Swing Sequence

Have you ever made a swing that almost got you out of your shoes in hopes of more distance, and the only thing that happened was less distance and even worse...completely off the fairway? That is because you swung outside your own physical capabilities and your golf swing sequence was way off. The result is an impact positon that is incorrect causing a huge power leak.

Now how about when you swung easier and you hit it farther? That's because your body had a chance to come into impact in the perfect power position resulting in maximum distance. You can only swing harder when you have improved your body's physical ability through simple training. Then and only then can you swing harder and still have your sequence and golf swing timing be correct.

Impact Is Everything With Your Driver

Achieve this powerful impact position easily. It's all about your body!

The ideal impact position for your driver is hips rotated to the target; shoulers also slightly open; weight is moving onto the left side, but you are staying behind the ball...especially with your head. If you can get into this position while swinging at 80 mph you're golden.

The problem is...most golfers aren't strong enough or flexible enough for this to EVER happen! Period! Try as you might, it won't happen. This position I am talking about is nearly impossbible to achieve unless you work on the muscles specific to this very dynamic position.

Easy Fitness In 15 Minutes

I hope I've made you a believer in the physical side of hitting longer drives. Now it's up to you! I do want to reassure you how easy it is do do this. Simple exercises and stretches that won't even get you breaking a sweat is all you need. No more than 15 minutes at a time...in your home! Nothing could be easier or more convenient!

Improving your fitness specific to golf will quickly improve your golf driver swing, and that is why I produced my Golf Fitness Manual to improve your golf specific strength and flexibility right in your home with minimal equipment.
