Coaching And Golf Tips Should Help...Why Don't They?

The majority of amateur golfers have many chances to receive coaching and golf tips from any number of resources. But...even with this accessability to golf improvement information, many golfers don't see the results they hoped for.

Why do you think this is? Do you think it's information overload? These tips aren't easy to understand? The majority of amateurs just can't apply what they learn? Most of these scenarios are not like the reason why. How difficult can tips for golf be anyways?

There is a missing link that would help you benefit from coach and golf tips, but you've got to open your mind to see it. This secret is the mind/body link. Getting your body to do what your mind knows it should do, but can't. How many times have you taken a lesson, and your pro told you to do a certain move, and you just couldn't do it?

This is because your body CAN'T DO IT! And NEVER will unless...

You focus on your specific limitations that are not allowing you to make a solid golf swing. Whether it's strength, flexibility, or mental...you've got to isolate these and hit them head on! Then and only then, will you be able to apply golf tips to your swing.

Do I think the golf swing could be simpler in your mind? Absolutely! I call it the "62-point" checklist. Having too many tips going on in your mind, to where you have no chance to hit the golf ball. You've got to get back to a simple golf swing! That will give you a hopeful chance at improving.

So what's the answer?

Simplifying your golf swing AND focusing on your physical limitations will transform your golf swing! I don't mean to sound so dramatic, but this will happen if you do it! Gone are the days of golf being a leisure game, if you want to play better. You've got to step it up a notch and put some sweat equity into your swing to play great golf.

One last interpretation. Not any one golf tip from a coach will work for every golfer. Not by a long shot! Every golfer absorbs information in different ways. Some visual. Some auditory. Some by pure feel. With that being said, a certain golf tip may work for you, but not make any sense whatsoever for your golfing buddy.

One result of this situation is disappointment, frustration and quitting. This is a bummer, because in all likelihood, the coaching tip for your golf game is somewhere in the long list just waiting to be uncovered.
