The Game of Golfing Has Advanced Since the Old Days

There's probably no need for me to tell you that the game of golfing can be very frustrating to both amateurs and professionals. This can be for many reasons. Perhaps you are no longer getting the enjoyment you used to because you seem stuck in a rut. You don't seem to get any better no matter how hard you try and how much you practice. Perhaps you look at your golfing buddies advance as you seem to be going backwards.

Whatever the reason, your golfing is no longer what it was, and you almost feel like giving it up. Well hold on there! The golf game has progressed, so why don't you progress with it? It is no longer a leisure activity - it is a real genuine sport played at its highest level by some of the fittest athletes in the world.

Golf-Specific Exercise Improves Your Game

The professional golfing game is played in a world of golf-specific strength and flexibility training with professional technological studies into swing mechanics and biometrics transforming the performances of top players like Tiger Woods and Britain's Paul Casey.

The same is true for amateurs. They, too, are enjoying the benefits of the great changes in the golfing game in recent times. Those who ignore these changes will run into difficulty against improving players, and may well feel that their enjoyment in their game is fast disappearing.

However, giving up won't achieve anything. Join them! Start some golf-specific exercises and watch your golf game improve. At the end of the day it is your body that gets that ball down the fairway. Your equipment might help slightly, but if you tone your body and get it ready for the requirements of the modern golfing game you will improve beyond your wildest dreams. This is the only way you are going to be able to compete with players who are involved in this type of golf exercise program, because their game is going to be at a much higher level than yours.

Don't be put off by the word 'exercise'. The golf exercises in my dvds are not backbreaking, but designed to make you more flexible and increase the power of your swing. I have trained golfers over 80 years of age who have been able to improve their game. They found it easy enough, so you can too!
