Improve Driving Distance In Golf

How many times have you wished you could improve your driving distance in golf? Can you count it on one hand? Maybe two? Or how about all your fingers and toes? That's probably more like it, if you're anything like myself, and I hit it pretty long already!

What it takes to improve the length of your drives is not what you envision. You don't need to buy another $500 driver. You don't even need to hit one more practice ball with your driver! Put anymore golf instruction appointments on the back burner and keep reading.

Work On The Machine That Controls Your Destiny

If you want to play to your potential, you've got to wor on the machine (your BODY), just like the pros do. That's what is swinging your club. Don't you think you should get to the root cause of your swing faults and lack of improvement? Are you with me? Golf is an athletic event. The golf swing is traumatic to the out of shape golfer. To make a consistent swing, you've got to have a higher level of strength specific to your golf swing, above average range of motion, coordination, and optimal stability.

This cannot be achieved without improving your golf fitness specific to your golf swing. Remember back to one of the last occurrences of when you had a swing that felt like you didn't put any effort into it, but it went way longer. Didn't that surprise you? This happened because you let it happen and didn't force it. Your muscles were relaxed and fluid.

Do the preparation away from the course!

Like any athlete, he/she prepares to perform off their playing field. Golfers should do the same. Improve your golf specific muscular stength and range of motion, and the next time you hit the course your swing will be better.

To get longer drives, this is the approach to take. If you don't, then be prepared to keep getting the same outcome over and over again. I hate to sound that harsh but it's true! Keep doing what you're doing, and keep getting what you get!

Golfers have been hammered with advertisements for the best, most cutting edge equipment, that guarantees a ton of yards to your current shots. It's mostly bulls*#t if you ask me! Doesn't matter what you swing if you're broken physically.

Core Strength And Flexibility

The most important component to focus on is your core area. This is the power generator to your golf swing. You want LONG drives? Work on this area 3-4 times each week with simple exercises and stretches, and you'll see a transformation in your golf swing.

This will also eliminate aches, pains and injuries from your game. If you have lower back strains, they will be gone! The golf swing puts a tremendous amount of stress on the back, but not to golfers who are in shape. Why not join that crowd right now?

The Results Are Amazing

The results far outweigh the perceived 'work'. Long drives, injury-free, and the rest of your life to have fun at golf. There’s no better payoff than that. So take a different approach to improve golf driving distance.
