Golf improvement takes an approach most of the pros are now using. They realize the link between performance and physical preparation. I'm talking about the fitness side of golf improvement.

When was the last time you felt like your muscles were loose, with no tension; and fluid? Have you ever felt that? How about the opposite? Do you feel tight on your backswing? No power coming down?. And a not completed finish?

Obesity is one health issue that many golfers struggle with. Carrying too much weight around a golf course makes it is almost impossible to play consistent golf for four and a half hours. I see this all the time. Just imagine dropping 15 pounds how much better you'll feel, and how that will translate into your golf game. Your improvement will be rapid and very noticable!

Well...if the touring professionals focus on fitness, why shouldn't you? I always say, to improve, emulate someone who is already successful.
