Golf Exercises > Golf Training > Better Golf GameA Better Golf Game With A Simple Swing
You can play a better game! It's in you! But you've got to make a change. I say that only because I hear the same story over and over again. Golfers buying lesson packages, new equipment and hitting balls...and NOT getting better. That's a big commitment to not see improvement. How about a Simple Golf Swing? Want To Get Better? The above scenario is not altogether wrong. In fact, I've got to say it's very, very close. To be a better golfer you need an understanding of swing mechanics, sufficient equipment, and a regular practice schedule, but there is one major thing missing in this equation. Let me ask you this. Do you have a swing fault? If so, what do you think causes it? Let me give you one guess. The guy you look at in the mirror every morning. I don't say that to be a smart ass, but to open your eyes to all the possibilities of a better golf game. Here's The SecretIsolate your swing fault. I mean really find out what is causing it. Once you do, dig a little deeper. There is a musce that is either tight or restricted that's causing your swing fault. Don't believe me? How many times have you tried to make a full shoulder turn, but just couldn't? Do you think that's your equipment or you need to hit more balls? No...it's a a tight muscle that's not letting you get that full backswing. What if I told you a simple stretch could get you that full backswing? What would you say? Would you do it? I would hope so. I'm here to tell you for every swing fault you have, there is an underlying physical issue causing it. Address that physical issue and you're on your way to a better game and enjoyable golf.
