Golf Training Exercises Work! That's Why The Pros Do Them.

Do you want more power in your golf swing? Longer drives? Better consistency? Duh...right? Well listen up then! Why not take the approach the pros are taking? I'm referring to golf specific training exercises to improve all the above. Focusing on your body to make a better swing and not your equipment. Remember...you swing that club not the other way around!

Golf Exercises Are Different

You need to quickly understand that training exercises specific to golf are much different than the conventional, gutt-wrenching, grunting, groaning exercises the "muscle-heads" do at your local gym. In fact, they are much easier, and don't take up 2 hours of your day to do them!

First off, most of the golf exercises in my golf training dvds, manual and online membership program don't involve any machines, so you don't need a gym membership to improve your golf swing! It is virtually impossible to do golf swing specific exercises sitting in a machine that works one muscle group in a controlled manner. All these attributes are the exact opposite of the demands of the golf swing!

Most golf training exercises are on your feet, or on a stability ball working your core. This is truly golf specific training! Once you begin your program, you will see improvement very quickly, because finally you're working the muscles that will have a direct impact on your golf swing!

There are hundreds of simple, easy and very effective exercises for golf you can do in your home or office. These exercises can be done in a matter of seconds throughout your day. Do them at your leisure and watch your golf performance sky rocket! I'm being dead serious! Do a little work on your body, and your swing will transform. A full, tension-free backswing will be a piece of cake...no joke!
