Stretching specific to your swing will improve your backswing range of motion; follow through flexibility; and reduce lower back pain forever! My type of training to improve your golf specific strength is with easy, "no-sweating", exercises you can do with simple and affordable, in home golf training equipment like exercise tubing and handweights.
