Golf Exercises > Golf Workouts >Workout For Golf ProgramWorkout For Golf Program Equals Longer Drives
Golf Workouts Are EasyGolf workouts don't have to be grueling. That's the first image in a golfers mind is dragging themselves down to a gym and battling with the "muscle-heads". This is far from the truth. Golf workouts can be done in your home, with minimal and affordable equipment. You just have to know what to do. Golf Program SuccessAny golf improvement program must include the physical aspect. With the golf swing requiring a high level of golf specific strength and flexibility, this must be addressed. So many times I see golfers banging balls, taking lessons and spending hundreds of dollars on equipment…only to be frustrated even more at their lack of results. I can't tell you unequivocally it's your body holding you back. How many times have you walked off the course not playing up to your potential, but you felt like you really tried? How many times have you given a 100% on a swing to watch the ball go no where? This is a physical issue, not an equipment or practice issue Golf Workout TipA simple golf workout tip for you to remember. For every resistance exercise you do, you must do a stretch for that same area immediately after the resistance part. So you will alternate between a strength exercises and a stretching exercise for the same muscle group, then move on. This approach will give you all the power, longer drives and reduced injuries to make your golf game enjoyable for years to come! You will no longer walk off the course knowing you could have done better. You will be walking off the course taking all the money from your foursome! Consistency With Your ProgramLike anything in life…you get out of it what you put in. This goes for your workout for golf program too! If you take the diet approach, you will fail. What I mean by that is having the attitude…'you'll try it". If you're going to do it, give it a real go! The key is to make whatever you do, realistic for you, your lifestyle and your schedule. You do not have to make it your life, nor do you have to spend 2 hours everyday. Schedule out what is reasonable and stick with it. Go conservative at first, to build up some success and confidence. Then you can decide if you want to bump it up a notch, or stick with what you're successful at. Either way, you will be successful with this approach. Simple Training System In Your HomeIf you're looking for a step-by-step program (system) that will cut out all the guess work, you might want to take a look at my best-selling golf training system.
